Long descriptionRequirements:
* Minimum BS degree in Finance, Business Admin, or Accounting; MBA preferred

* 5 + years relevant work experience, preferably in a sales support and/or contracts administration role

* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

* Ability and initiative to become proactively engaged in support of the selling process

* Detail-oriented with a high degree of work accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

* Understanding of contract and order process, knowledge of SAG products and pricing methodologies helpful

* Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office products; proficient in financial modeling using Excel

* Experience developing and delivering clear presentations

* Demonstrate a team attitude

* Experience thriving in a fast paced environment

Essential Job Functions:

* View deals from a financial high level contractual, and business perspective

* Assist sales in working and strategizing on deal formulation

* Support sales in negotiation of final contractual document

* Provide expertise in Revenue Recognition

* Provide business expertise on documenting business terms in executable contracts that will result in the optimization of booking revenue

* Pricing expertise

* Communicate business policy and ensure that it is being applied consistently across all deals

* Facilitate the process internally during the evolution of the deal by acting as the primary liaison between the sales group and headquarters support functions, which include Accounting, Legal and Finance

* Work with auditors and answer questions as to the structure of the deal and rationale behind the deal

* Provide other pricing and/or contract assistance and research as necessary
