| Long description | Responsibilities:
Work with a team of web Site Producers from implementation to sustainment tasks for build, configuration and change request execution.
Assist development team with QA of production releases.
Strong task execution skills; ability to take direction and work with a team and within a project plan or SLA to meet deadlines.
Develop technical understanding of ATG technologies.
Build efficiencies in the sustainment process with process automation tools and scripting.
Facilitate team and client communication throughout production development lifecycle.
Communicate incident and task status to Site Producers.
Provide application support and expertise.
Support documentation of application environment and Run Book.
Review logs and metrics.Setup and maintain monitoring, reporting, site run book documentation.
Process automation using scripts.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in web based application delivery.BS, BA or AA.
Previous QA skills and responsibilities a bonus.
Competency or familiarity with Perl, VB, JSP or ASP or other programming or scripting languages.
Good communication (written and verbal), problem solving and MS Office application (Visio, XLS, Word,Outlook) skills.
Customer focus: An attitude of providing excellent customer service to first customer stakeholders and end customers alike.
Relevant enterprise application experience (ex: Siebel, PeopleSoft, Oracle, ATG Commerce, Primus Knowledge Solutions, SAP, Analytics tools).
A successful candidate must be able to pass an electronic credit and criminal background check.
Competency or familiarity with enterprise application architectures and internetworking concepts a bonus.
