The information available on the Site cannot be sold or distributed in any way to third parties. The company has the right to terminate cooperation and take necessary measures in case we note Site information use without prior compliance with IT Job US or without participation in any partner program of the company that allow showing/distributing certain information.

IT Job US offers an opportunity for job seekers from all over the world to add the profiles, post resumes to the Site and for employing companies / recruiting agencies from the USA or any other country on condition that the company has a headquarter or office in the USA to post available positions related to information technology jobs. The Company doesn’t take responsibility for adding misleading information about vacancy status, employer or candidate personality by its clients. The company just offers services for adding and receiving job and candidate details through the Site; interaction between employers and job seekers is made without Company participation.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless IT Job US, its partners, affiliates, representatives, employees from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages or fees (including but without limitation accounting and attorney fees) that such parties may incur as a result of Your violation of these Terms of Use. IT Job US will send You a warning message regarding any kind of such breach.
Termination
These Terms of Use come into force after You agree with it on our Site by checking a box stating “I have read and agreed to Terms of Use”. Therewith You agree that IT Job US in its reasonable discretion can terminate any cooperation with You by removing any information related to Your account from the Site and taking necessary measures in case You breach any of this document statements, also in case company cannot verify the information You post to the Site itjobus.com (registration, any other personal data), Your account and payment information that You indicate to make orders on the Site. The company can terminate Your account if company partners officially represented or not (resume writing, order processing companies etc.) provide us with a claim against You that can affect work of company, its clients and any third parties involved into the partnership.
